So we are thinking Black Friday (with a sale!) but that would mean a longer turn around time because... the operations half of the shop who does the shipping works retail. Would open on Black Friday with a great sale, special surprise gifts with purchase, and longer wait time for delivery...
OR wait to open with standard prices (still some sort of grand opening sale and gifts but with a little less (SPLASH!) ?
The turn around time I would quote would be two weeks and it's unlikely it would ACTUALLY take me two weeks to get packages out but I would rather give the time than be late on delivery. I like the idea of opening with a bang... Any thoughts?
By the way Full item descriptions should be in the shop by the end of the weekend as well as some more reviews and even...

I never planned to open a shop. It all happened so fast. But I love the brand so much... and well...
another post is coming to really explain the shop concept. It's something I've always wanted to see in a shop. Since I haven't found anyone else crazy enough to do it I'm doing it myself. (OK my father and I are doing it together.)
He's in charge of marketing because well... If you read my blog at all you know that social media and self promotion is not my strength. I'm operations because I pack and ship things professionally AND because as a long time user and reviewer of skincare products I like to think I'm pretty good at picking good stuff.
